Knightfork, LLC uses a fully compliant government Job Cost Accounting System that meets all of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) accounting guidelines specified on Standard Form 1408 (Accounting System Evaluation Checklist):

At Knightfork LLC we use a best of breed Portfolio Management COTS solution. This allows us to optimize the process by which we make technology investment decisions, by using objective measures of benefits, risks and impacts, while affording real-time visibility into the cost of ownership of current and proposed projects and systems. Knightfork gains benefit by being able to track the complete lifecycle of a project portfolio from inception through retirement. Furthermore, we are afforded enterprise visibility into the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) costing and assignment of all underlying IT services, and resources, required to implement, operate, and support any system or IT service delivery.

Knightfork uses the Unanet web based timesheet software that enables the collection of electronic timesheets for managing payroll, time and attendance, invoicing, project accounting, chargeback, job cost accounting and many other time tracking and time reporting needs. The Unanet system is integrated with Knightfork’s DCAA Cost Accounting System that provides full compliance for government contractor timesheet DCAA regulations.
